I’m now a single mum,after being married for far too many years. I’ve always enjoyed keeping pets, the usual ones, dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea-pigs, gerbils,hamster’s, rats, mice, snakes and fish. It was my older sister who got me interested in poultry, and, my idea of a few hens has grown to gigantic proportions. I’ve got my own web site, and, am successfully breeding and selling some lovely bantams. Some of which are quite or extremely rare birds. My life has changed completely, and, I’m enjoying keeping my birds far more than I ever imagined.

The joy of keeping, breeding and hatching is amazing, the birds become part of your family.
